Alisa Patel

Alisa Patel is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Aalberts Surface Technologies since September 2015, Alisa provides consultative support in multiple HR areas and enhances employee relations and internal communications. Previously, Alisa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Applied Process, Inc., overseeing the alignment of human capital with business goals after the company's acquisition by Aalberts. Alisa's background also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Clear Rate Communications, Inc., and Human Resources Generalist at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, along with early HR positions at Roush Industries and Realstar Management. Alisa completed the Strategic Human Resource Planning Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University.
