Sabrina Fields, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People Strategies and Human Resources at IMC Companies, where they provide executive-level leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with policies and regulations across 26 locations. Sabrina is responsible for creating and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies. Prior to this, Sabrina worked at International Flavors & Fragrances as a Labor Relations Manager, supporting both union and non-union locations across North America. Sabrina developed initiatives and provided advice on employee relations and labor relations matters. Before that, they worked at Rich Products Corporation as a Human Resources Labor Relations Manager, where they conducted collective bargaining preparation and negotiations and provided counsel on labor relations issues. Sabrina also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, overseeing all facets of HR and representing the company in personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Sabrina Fields, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University in 2012. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from LSU Shreveport in 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2005.
