Wojciech Matczak

Wojciech Matczak is an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as Plant General Manager at Aalberts Surface Technologies since January 2021. Previously, Wojciech held the same title at Hauck Heat Treatment Sp. z o.o. from October 2017 to January 2021. Prior roles include Production Manager at MB Aerospace and VAC AERO International Inc., where Wojciech also served as Quality & Inspection Manager and Quality Engineer. Wojciech began their career as a Quality Control Inspector at Pratt & Whitney Kalisz. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Quality Management from Poznan University of Technology.
