Niina Marostenmäki

Niina Marostenmäki is an accomplished project manager currently working at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development since February 2024. In addition, Niina has been a part-time entrepreneur and hairstylist at Kampaillaan since May 2022, offering on-demand hair styling services for events. Prior experience includes a role as Solution Designer for the First-Year Experience at the University of Oulu, where Niina focused on enhancing the transition for new students. Notable projects manage include an Erasmus+ strategic partnership project and the YYTO project aimed at developing entrepreneurial learning in higher education. Niina also has experience coordinating business cooperation for the Student Union of the University of Oulu and fostering entrepreneurship as Community Coordinator at Tellus Innovation Arena. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Educational Psychology from the University of Oulu and a degree in Hair Styling/Stylist and Hair Design from Ammattiopisto Lappia.
