Joseph Barton

Joseph Barton, MBA, CISSP, PMP, currently serves as a Technical Program Manager at Aalyria since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Systems Engineer at ManTech and Technology Project Manager at Perspecta, providing project management services to the U.S. Government in support of the Intelligence Community. Previously, Joseph held positions within the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command, including Information System Project Manager and Assistant Battle Watch Captain, where responsibility included coordinating extensive projects and managing operations within Navy command centers. Joseph has also contributed to various Navy commands as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager, leading teams in the maintenance and installation of critical electronic and information systems. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland, a BS in Information Technology Management from American Military University, and an AA from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
