Aleksandra Miziolek

Aleksandra (Aleks) Miziolek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Exro Technologies Inc. and Solid Power, Inc., Aleks also chairs the Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee at Solid Power. As an Advisor with OurOffice, Inc. and an Operator Advisor for Assembly Ventures, Aleks focuses on collaborating with transformative leaders in Detroit and Berlin. Previously, Aleks held the position of Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at Tenneco, and served as SVP, Chief Transformation Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Cooper Standard. Aleks's legal expertise was honed at Dykema Gossett PLLC, where leadership roles included Director of the Automotive Industry Group and Executive Board Member.
