Andrew Pinch has worked at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) for several years in various roles. Andrew started in 2006 as a Detroit Gear & Axle - Plant Intern and went on to work as an Industrial Engineering Intern in 2007. In 2008, they served as a Lean Industrial Engineering Intern where they implemented 5S organization tools and created standardized work charts. Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering in 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality.
