Camila Santos

Camila Santos has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Camila currently works as a Human Resources Lead at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Internal Human Resources Consultant (HRBP) at Grupo DPSP from June 2022 to July 2022.

From 2015 to 2022, Camila served as a HR Coordinator (HRBP) at Assaí Atacadista. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Geodis Overseas Pvt Ltd, where they acted as a business partner (HRBP) for various offices and supported strategic actions related to talent attraction and retention, development programs, performance evaluation, and inclusion initiatives.

Camila also gained experience as a Student and Volunteer at ACYE from December 2012 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst at Suzano Papel e Celulose, a Human Resources Analyst at IBM Global Services, and in various HR roles at Unilever PeopleLink and Contax.

Camila Santos completed a Post-Graduation in Strategic Human Resource Management (GERH) from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Camila Santos has additional certifications in "Cargos e Salários" from Grupo Throca and is a certified Master Coach from ACT - Academia Internacional de Coaching.
