Govardhan Reddy Kothinti has extensive work experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Govardhan Reddy began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer and Systems Engineer at HCL Group and Turbo Power Systems, where they worked on projects for Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A380, and Mitsubishi Regional Jet aircraft. Govardhan Reddy later joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Architect, where they played a key role in customer requirements analysis and system/software engineering activities. In 2018, Govardhan joined Cummins Inc. as a Technical Advisor/Software Technical Leader, responsible for leading functional safety activities and software architecture development. Most recently, they have been working at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Technical Project Manager/Senior Embedded Principal Architect, leading the Mechatronics group and overseeing various software development and validation activities. Govardhan holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Functional Safety Certified Automotive Engineer (FSCAE).

Govardhan Reddy Kothinti holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they pursued from 2019 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2002 to 2005.
