Katie Mayer has extensive experience in finance, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently, Katie serves as the Director of Finance for both the Metal Forming Business Unit and Transmission Technologies at American Axle & Manufacturing, where roles have included Senior Manager positions in Global Costing and Financial Services, as well as Plant Finance Manager and Corporate Cost Leader. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Financial Analyst at THYSSEN-KRUPP GROUP LTD and American Axle & Manufacturing. Katie began the finance career at Valenite. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy.
