Thurston Adams

Thurston Adams is an experienced professional in the automotive and finance industries, currently serving as Head of Aftermarket at American Axle & Manufacturing since October 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing AAM's Aftermarket strategy and product portfolio. Previously, Adams co-founded xMotion, focusing on vehicle health monitoring technology, and held various leadership roles at Heri Automotive, Inc., including CEO, where strategic market plans were executed. Early career experiences include financial analyst positions at AXA Investment Managers, JER Partners, Sonnenblick-Goldman, and Credit Analyst at Option One Mortgage Corporation, contributing to significant investment deals and financial management.
