Catharine Harris possesses extensive experience in government relations and political affairs within healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Since February 2016, Catharine has held various leadership positions at the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, including Director of Political Affairs, Associate Director, and Assistant Director for Federal Government Affairs. Prior to this, Catharine served as Manager of Federal Government Relations at the Biotechnology Industry Organization and held the role of Legislative Coordinator at the American College of Surgeons. Catharine began their career with internships at the White House Business Council and the American Public Health Association. Academically, Catharine earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Rhodes College.
