Marlene Jackson McDowell

Marlene Jackson McDowell is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology. Marlene previously held positions as Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Assistant Director of PR and Diversity and Inclusion Leader at the organization. Marlene has extensive experience in public relations and communication, with a background in healthcare policy and journalism. Marlene played a key role in developing strategic plans and educational resources for CRNAs.
