Anne Guanciale

Anne Guanciale is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Helio Health, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Guanciale served as the Director of Intercultural Affairs at Binghamton University from October 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives for the recruitment, retention, and success of diverse and historically underrepresented individuals. Prior to that, Guanciale held several positions in higher education, including Director of The Pride Center at San Diego State University and Program Coordinator at the United Front Multicultural Center at the University of San Diego. Guanciale's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from SUNY Geneseo.
