Hilary Haftel

Hilary Haftel's work experience includes a recent position as the Senior Vice President of Education at the American Academy of Pediatrics, which they started in August 2018. Prior to this role, they spent 27 years at the University of Michigan Health System, where they held the position of Professor of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Medical Education from July 1991 to August 2018.

Hilary Haftel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Music from Union College in the years 1980 to 1982. Hilary further pursued their education at Albany Medical College, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 1982 to 1986.
