Nikki Connolly has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki began their career as an Intern at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana in 2010. Nikki then worked as an Intern in the Communications/Campaign team at United Way Worldwide. At Purdue University, they served as a Physical Activity Counselor/Data Assistant and later as an Office of Admissions Tour Guide/Ambassador.

Moving on, Nikki worked as a Public Relations Intern at Greentarget Global Group and as a Store Manager/Sales Lead at ANN INC. After that, they joined Golin as a Consumer Media Associate and later transitioned to Ketchum as a Senior Account Executive. In their role at Ketchum, they were responsible for strategic implementation, coordination, and on-site management of brand event activations, as well as developing PR marketing and communication materials.

Nikki also had a brief stint as a Freelance Consultant, offering marketing and creative services. Currently, they hold a position at the American Academy of Pediatrics as the Manager for the National Conference Education Program & Communications. In this role, they oversee all communications efforts for the AAP National Conference, ensuring consistent messaging and brand promotion to a wide audience.
