Virginia Roldan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Virginia started their career in 2000 as a Project Coordinator at Armand Scott, Inc. and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Cardinal Health. Virginia then transitioned to Cardinal Health/Advogent as an Operations Manager from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they joined Advanced Health Media as a Compliance Operations Manager from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, they worked at Endure, Inc. as an Executive Assistant for a year. Since 2014, they have been associated with the American Academy of Pediatrics, where they have held various roles including Project Manager, Accreditation Services, Accreditation Specialist, and CME Accreditation Coordinator.

Virginia Roldan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a Certificate in Secondary Education, from Northeastern Illinois University. Virginia completed their studies in this field from 1994 to 1999.
