Kateřina Svobodová

Kateřina Svobodová currently serves as Group Controller at Aapogee since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kateřina was the Head of Controlling at Photon Energy Group from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing business planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for 150 entities across six CEE countries and Australia, as well as preparing consolidated management accounts and variance analysis. Before that, Kateřina held several positions at ORLEN Benzina from November 2013 to January 2022, including Finance Manager of Network Development, where financial KPIs and investment project evaluations were conducted. Additional experience includes roles as Financial Controller for Diversey Inc., Independent Financial Accountant at ASB Group, and Financial Accountant at American Express. Kateřina holds a Master's Degree in Business Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from SVŠE Znojmo.
