Maryanne Wahito has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maryanne is currently working as the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at AAR Healthcare Kenya Limited. Prior to this, they worked as a Communications Consultant at the Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation.
Before joining AAR Healthcare, Maryanne held multiple roles at The Nairobi Hospital, starting as a Marketing Coordinator and later becoming the Ag. Head of Marketing & Communications. Maryanne also served as the Head of Marketing at Sidian Bank, where they contributed to the marketing strategies of the organization.
Additionally, Maryanne worked as the Regional Marketing & Flying Blue Coordinator - Eastern Africa at KLM, Marketing & Communications Manager at Spire Bank Kenya, Relationship Manager at NIC Bank, and Telesales Executive at DHL. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in marketing, communications, and customer experience.
Maryanne Wahito pursued their education in various institutions, beginning with the University of Nairobi from 2005 to 2009. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Business Management in 2006.
Later on, Maryanne Wahito enrolled at the University of Leicester, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
Alongside their formal education, Maryanne Wahito also obtained several additional certifications. In December 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course provided by Google Digital Skills For Africa. Additionally, in October 2020, they became an Associate Member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) and a Full Member of The Marketing Society of Kenya.
