Jeff Kroesch

Jeff Kroesch has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, counseling, and conflict resolution. Jeff has held various roles at reputable companies such as AAR, Mayer Brown LLP, Hammacher Schlemmer/The Bradford Group, and Accenture LLP. In their most recent position as Sr Human Resources Director at AAR, they served as the primary HR partner for various divisions, providing support and data for program bids. Jeff also trained managers in coaching and disciplining employees and resolved employee grievances. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director and Manager, as well as a Human Resources Administrator at Mayer Brown LLP. Jeff has experience in providing high-level generalist support, managing compensation programs, and analyzing salary survey data. In earlier roles, they served as a Human Resources Generalist/Employment Consultant at Hammacher Schlemmer/The Bradford Group and as a Human Resources/Finance Analyst at Accenture LLP, where they were responsible for benefit administration, training, immigration compliance, and expatriate assignments.

Jeff Kroesch received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management Concentration from Governors State University in 1998. Jeff also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management from the same university.
