Katie Leszczynski

Katie Leszczynski has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career at Cintas Fire Protection in 2002 as an Account Manager in sales and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Business Development Manager at PureRFid, focusing on government and commercial contracts. In 2012, they joined Milwaukee Valve as the Government/Marine Sales and Contract Administration professional. Then, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Federal Government Contract Development Specialist at Industries for the Blind, Inc. Following that, they served as the Government Sales & Contract Manager at Twin Disc from 2017 to 2019. Katie's next role was at Derco, where they worked as a Senior Capture Manager from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Business Development at AAR, starting in 2023.

Katie Leszczynski has a diverse education history focused primarily on government contracting and compliance. Katie obtained various certifications from Centre Law & Consulting, including in Government Contract Law, Subcontracting Under the FAR, FAR Annual Review, Subcontracting Flowdown Under the FAR, Service Contract Act, and GSA Contracts. Katie also received certifications in Export Compliance from the Export Compliance Training Institute. Additionally, they attended the NIB Compliance Symposium for training in Fair Labor Standards Act, Service Contract Act, and AbilityOne Compliance. Katie holds a Certified Schedules Contracts Manager (CSCM) designation from Centre Law & Consulting.
