Kelly Sauer

Kelly Sauer has significant work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly started their career as a Technician at Motorola in 1981 and worked there until 1988. Kelly then joined United Airlines as a Technician and stayed with the company until 2003. In 2005, Kelly joined AAR Aircraft Services - Indianapolis as an Inspector, and later became an Inspection Supervisor and then a Program Manager. In 2009, they joined Bombardier Aerospace as an Operations Manager. From 2011 to 2022, Kelly worked at AAR, initially as the VP of Quality, where they led the QC, QA, EHS, Stores, and Training teams.
