Michael Ciaccia

Michael Ciaccia has a strong background in finance, with significant experience in various roles at different companies. Michael started their career at Raymond James & Associates as a Research Associate from 2009 to 2011. Michael then joined Harris Corporation in 2011, where they held multiple roles including Program Financial Analyst, New Business Pricing Analyst, and Business Area Analyst. In 2014, they became a Financial Planning Analyst and eventually transitioned to the role of Senior Finance Manager before leaving the company in 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Finance Manager. Currently, Michael is the Director of Finance at AAR and will transition to the role of VP of Finance in November 2023.

Michael Ciaccia received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, attending from 2004 to 2008.
