Shafiik Sadoola

Shafiik Sadoola has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with roles at AAR and AJW Group. Shafiik began their career at Debenhams as a Supervisor in 2005. In 2007, they joined AJW Group as an MRO Operations Manager and later took on the role of MRO Strategic Manager. From 2015 to 2016, Sadoola served as the Head of Repairs at AJW Group. In 2016, they joined AAR as the Director of Business Development for Parts Supply and is currently serving as the Senior Operations Director.

Shafiik Sadoola earned a Diploma in Computing from the University of East London in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they studied Aeronautical Engineering at City, University of London, earning a Bachelor's degree. Shafiik then pursued further education at City, University of London from 2013 to 2016, completing a Master of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Management.
