Kiran Kumar

Kiran Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Kiran began their career as an intern at Axiom, a leading event management firm in Bangalore. Kiran then interned at the Spastic Society, where they worked with specially abled children and provided counseling to their families. Kiran also worked as an intern at DNA - Daily News & Analysis, where they covered politics and sports and had several articles printed on the front page of the newspaper.

After their internships, Kiran joined EY as an associate, where they assisted with data handling and analysis for companies such as Daimler. Their time-saving ideas led to a 50% reduction in project completion time. After EY, Kiran joined the Indian Army, where they held various roles, including Lieutenant, Aide De Camp, Captain, and Major. In these positions, they handled operations, project management, logistics, and administration. Kiran successfully spearheaded the induction of unmanned aerial vehicles and coordinated with foreign OEMs for flight tests and first flights.

Currently, Kiran is the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at AEREO, a position they started in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases their ability to handle high-pressure situations, lead teams, and manage complex projects in a variety of fields.

Kiran Kumar's education history is as follows:

Kiran attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2001 to 2008, where they studied Science. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued Triple Honours in BA at Bangalore University, with a focus on Journalism, Psychology, and Computer Science.

In 2012 and 2013, Kiran Kumar obtained a PG Diploma in Defence Management & Strategic Studies and Operations Management from the University of Madras. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they completed a Diploma in Advanced Systems, Equipment & Systems at Savitribai Phule Pune University.

To further their education, in 2016, they attended the School of Artillery to specialize in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - Observer Pilot training, with a focus on reconnaissance, surveillance, identification, and destruction.

Kiran Kumar also pursued various professional certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Satellite Imagery Interpretation from the Aviation Research Centre in Delhi, focusing on image interpretation of satellite and synthetic aperture radar imagery.

More recently, in 2022, Kiran Kumar enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, to pursue a DGMP degree in Business Administration and Management. Kiran also acquired additional certifications such as Power BI Essential Training, Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Assessing Digital Maturity, Digital Transformation, Leading and Working in Teams, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Data Visualization with Tableau, Leading Global Organizations, Careers in Supply Chain and Operations, Change Management: Roadmap to Planning, HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent, How to Build Rapport Quickly, Mastering Organizational Chaos, and Pitching Your Ideas Strategically.

In 2021, Kiran Kumar obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification and in 2021, they attained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Kiran also holds an Open Water Diver certification from PADI, obtained in 2019.
