N S S Lalitha Gayathri started their work experience in 2022 as an intern at Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited. N S S LALITHA held two consecutive intern roles with the company spanning from July to August. In 2023, they joined AEREO as a Human Resources Executive in June. There is no provided end date for their role at AEREO.

N S S Lalitha Gayathri recently completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from GITAM Deemed University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. N S S LALITHA is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in HRM and HR and Marketing at the same university. The MBA program is scheduled to run from 2021 to 2023.
