Rachel Wright

Rachel Wright is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. As the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Aerostructures division at Collins Aerospace from September 2020 to November 2023, Rachel led HR initiatives for a global workforce of over 6,000 employees within a $4 billion nacelle manufacturing operation. Prior to this role, Rachel held various HR leadership positions at UTC Aerospace Systems and Honeywell, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and fostering organizational development. Rachel’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Hampton University and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
