Rachel Wright

Rachel Wright currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Aerostructures business at Collins Aerospace, overseeing a global workforce of over 6,000 employees within a $4 billion nacelle manufacturing operation. Rachel has held various HR leadership roles both at Collins Aerospace and UTC Aerospace Systems, including positions such as Senior Director and Director in Human Resources. Prior experience includes significant HR roles at Honeywell, where Rachel progressed from an HR intern to Senior HR Manager. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Hampton University and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
