Rolf Thu

Rolf Thu has extensive work experience in various technical and management roles. Rolf is currently the CTO and co-founder of Ignos AS, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Aarbakke AS, starting in 1989. At Aarbakke AS, Rolf held roles such as CTO, IT manager, R&D manager, and Vice President of Production. Rolf has significant experience in managing IT solutions and partnerships, leading the transition to digital manufacturing, and developing smart factory concepts. Rolf's work history also includes positions as a technical manager, technical supervisor, and CNC operator.

Rolf Thu attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Psychology. Prior to that, they studied History at the University of Stavanger from 1995 to 1996, and Religions at the same university from 1994 to 1995.
