Carolin Kuhaupt

Carolin Kuhaupt is an experienced professional currently serving as Director and Head of IT Credit and Risk Management at Aareal Bank AG since June 2017, responsible for overseeing IT processes related to credit and risk management across the organization. Kuhaupt leads the IT-RSF (Real Estate Structured Finance) department with approximately 30 employees in a modern DevOps environment, and previously held the position of Director and Head of IT Cross Functions, managing various bank-wide applications. Additional roles include Team Lead for SAP Partner, Loan, and Risk, where responsibility encompassed all SAP S/4HANA applications related to loan management and risk assessment, as well as Application Manager for SAP S/4HANA.
