Rebecca Horvath

Rebecca Horvath is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Talent Manager at Aareal Bank AG since February 2017. In this role, Rebecca has been instrumental in strategic human resource management, including the creation and implementation of a new employer brand, strategic recruiting, workforce planning, and the development of talent programs. In addition, Rebecca has a background as an HR Inhouse Consultant, focusing on HR project management and change management strategies. Previous experience includes positions at Kentucky Fried Chicken Germany as a Recruiting and Employer Brand Specialist, and earlier roles at Siemens, KPMG Deutschland, and AXA in various human resources capacities. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaft from The University of Göttingen, with additional studies at the University of Warsaw.
