Duncan Karregat

Duncan Karregat, CFA has diverse work experience in finance and consulting. Duncan currently holds the role of Head of Capital Projects at Aareon Group starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Xplor as a Senior Manager FP&A, responsible for the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical in North America. Duncan also served as an FP&A Manager for the UK, Europe, and North America regions. Before Xplor, Duncan held various positions at EY, including Senior Executive (Manager) and Executive in Strategy and Transactions, specializing in Financial Due Diligence for M&A transactions. Duncan also worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at EY in the Netherlands. Duncan's earlier experience includes roles at B&R Beurs Erasmus Investment Society, Univé Verzekeringen, Rabobank & UniPartners Rotterdam, AthenaStudies, and STAR Study Association Rotterdam School of Management.

Duncan Karregat, CFA has a diverse education history. Duncan obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in September 2020. Prior to that, Duncan attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance & Investments in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration in 2015. In 2014, they participated in an International Bachelor Exchange program at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Duncan's earlier education includes a Bilingual vwo (Gymnasium) degree from Taborcollege, Werenfridus, where they studied Science and Engineering, Science and Health, Economics and Society from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Duncan has obtained several certifications including the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP in April 2016, the Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2014, the International Baccalaureate English A2 - Higher Level certification from The International Baccalaureate in August 2012, the Senior TTO Certificate from EP-Nuffic in June 2012, and the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge in June 2010.
