Thomas Desmoutier

Thomas Desmoutier currently serves as the UK VP of Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff for the UK business unit of Aareon Group, overseeing Aareon UK, Arthur Online, and Fixflo since February 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Managing Director at Fixflo from November 2016 to February 2023, where revenue grew over 30% YoY in 2022 under their leadership. Thomas has also held positions such as Head of Operations, Product Owner, and Support Team Manager at Fixflo. Earlier experience includes a Team Leader role at Ford Motor Credit Company, where Thomas managed a team within the European Business Graduate Scheme, and assistant roles at MoMedia TV Ltd. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School's Advent Leadership Academy.
