Karen Hastrup

Karen Hastrup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, psychotherapy, and educational development. Currently serving as a member of the Montageoperatør education committee at UCRS and a member of the advisory panel at Aarhus Universitet, Karen provides insights into educational needs for the workforce. As the Managing Director of Højgaards since 2015 and a Psychotherapist MPF and ID Master Coach at Hastrup Coaching & psykoterapi, Karen specializes in therapy, coaching, and mentoring.
