Yaser Mahmood

Yaser Mahmood is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering, network management, and DevOps practices. Currently serving as an SRE at AARNet since September 2022, Yaser previously held positions as a DevOps Engineer at Prvidr, where responsibilities included managing a private cloud environment with CentOS and Chef Automation. Yaser has also contributed to cloud infrastructure monitoring and deployment at GeoComply, designed AWS infrastructures at Pointstreak Sports Technologies, and completed various roles focused on network engineering and server administration in earlier career stages. Yaser holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab and has developed extensive technical expertise over the years in multiple organizations.
