Gary Schluter

Gary Schluter has extensive work experience in construction and facilities management. Gary is currently the Director of Facilities at The Aaron's Company, Inc. Gary previously worked at Aaron's, Inc. for over 20 years in various roles, including Director of Construction and Facilities, Franchise Real Estate and Construction Manager, and Franchise Field Consultant. Before that, they worked as a Store Manager at Rent-A-Center and as an Insurance Clerk and Medical Clerk at VA Clinic. Prior to their civilian career, Gary served as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Army.

Gary Schluter completed a Certification in Air Traffic Controller from the US Army Air Traffic Control School in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Sun Prairie Senior High School from 1983 to 1986, earning a General degree. Additionally, Gary Schluter has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as inclusive teams, anti-racism, and fighting gender bias, all acquired in May 2022.
