Josh Tolley

Josh Tolley, CPA, has extensive work experience in the field of tax accounting. Josh began their career as an intern at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2001, where they gained experience in internal audit. From there, they interned at Arthur Andersen LLP in federal tax before joining Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP in 2002 as an intern in tax and audit. Josh then became an associate/senior tax associate at the same company from 2003 to 2007 before being promoted to tax manager from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Tolley joined BlueLinx Corporation as an income tax manager and was later promoted to senior tax manager in 2015. Josh held these positions until 2019 when they joined The Aaron's Company, Inc. as a senior tax manager and eventually transitioned to the role of director of tax in 2021. Tolley's work experience showcases their expertise and growth in tax accounting, making him a valuable asset in their field.

Josh Tolley, CPA, has a Master of Accountancy degree in Taxation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the same university in 2001. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the state of Georgia.
