Kaylin D. has a strong background in digital marketing and strategy. Kaylin has held various leadership positions with The Aaron's Company, Inc., starting as a Senior Manager for Digital Strategy in 2018. Kaylin then progressed to become a Director of Digital Strategy, Senior Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing, Vice President of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing, and Chief Marketing & Digital Officer. Currently, they serve as the Chief Customer Officer for the company. Prior to their time at The Aaron's Company, Inc., Kaylin worked at Swarm Agency as an Account Supervisor and later as an Account Director. Kaylin also worked at 22squared, starting as an Assistant Account Executive and working their way up to become a Senior Account Executive.

Kaylin D. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Kaylin also holds a Basic Interior Design Certificate from the New York School of Interior Design. In 2016, they obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google.
