Bill Horwitz

Bill Horwitz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in asset management and development across various sectors. Currently, Bill serves as a SCORE Volunteer Mentor and Tax Aide Volunteer for AARP Foundation. Prior to these roles, Bill held significant positions at Skanska, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management in North America and Executive Vice President for South American development. Bill's career also includes consulting at Randall & Dewey and leadership roles at Enron International and Houston Natural Gas Liquid Fuels. Bill's educational background includes an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree from Rice University.
