Chai Woodham

Chai Woodham currently serves as the Director of Content Production at AARP, a position held since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing editorial initiatives and managing content strategies. Previous roles at AARP include Chief of Editorial Research and Senior Research Editor. Chai Woodham has also worked as a Freelance Writer for U.S. News & World Report from 2012 to June 2015 and as an Assistant Editor at Smithsonian Magazine from 2002 to 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as Viewer Services Coordinator at the Public Broadcasting Service from 2001 to 2002. Chai Woodham holds a Master of Arts in Writing from The Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland.
