Daphne Kwok

Vice President, Audience Strategy at AARP

Daphne Kwok is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in audience strategy and multicultural initiatives, particularly focusing on Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. From July 2013 to March 2021, Daphne held the position of Vice President for Audience Strategy and Multicultural Leadership at AARP. Prior to this, Daphne served as a member and chair of President Obama's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders from January 2010 to February 2017. Earlier roles include Executive Director at the Asians & Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California and the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation, as well as the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies. Daphne's academic background includes a B.A. in East Asian Studies and Music from Wesleyan University and a Certificate in Management Development for Entrepreneurs from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
