Heather Ainsworth

Heather Ainsworth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership, advising, and operations across various sectors, including family caregiving, childcare solutions, and gender equity. As the CEO and Founder of Workable Concept since February 2015, Ainsworth has spearheaded initiatives that support working families. Current advisory roles include AARP Family Caregiving, Kinside, and the Build Up initiative in Silicon Valley, demonstrating a commitment to addressing childcare shortages and developing resources for employers. Previously, Ainsworth served as Chief Operating Officer at The Representation Project, Senior Vice President at Intrax, and co-founded Language at Play, among other significant positions. Ainsworth holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Art History from Duke University.
