Yulia Goldin

Yulia Goldin is a seasoned HR Business Partner with extensive experience in HR strategy, policies, and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as an HRBP at Avride and Yandex since June 2023, Yulia supports HR initiatives in multiple countries, including Israel, the USA, and UK. Previous roles include HRBP at Panda Trading Systems, where Yulia managed the HR department and led recruitment cycles, and at Blondiq, where expertise was provided in training, coaching, and organizational development consulting. Yulia also has a background in mediation and has contributed significantly to HR practices at Doron, Tikotzky, Kantor, Gutman, Nass, Amit Gross and Co. and RUSALOX. Yulia holds advanced degrees in International Law and Legal Studies from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and is a certified professional coach from Erickson Coaching International.
