Jalila Nur

Jalila Nur, MHR, SHRL has over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Business Services at AARP since February 2018, where responsibilities include providing HR expertise and partnering with internal teams and leadership on various HR functions. Previously, Jalila held roles at BT, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, overseeing Employee Relations and HR Operations, and managing client group HR support. Jalila began the HR career at Flowserve Corporation and Sleep Number Corporation, supporting diverse HR functions. Education includes a Master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's in Economics & Business from Agnes Scott College.
