Kathleen J. Smith

Kathleen J. Smith is an experienced professional in organizational development and management consulting, currently serving as the Organization Development Director at AARP since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading organizational design and effectiveness initiatives. Previously, at M2 Strategy from August 2019 to April 2023, Kathleen held several roles including Manager, Principal Management Consultant, and Senior Management Consultant, focusing on financial data analysis, Smartsheet tool implementation, and client engagement involving organizational design and communication strategies.
