Kimberly Faith Barnes

Kimberly Faith Barnes has extensive experience in employee communications, having worked at AARP since August 2001, where roles have included Senior Manager of Internal Communications, Director of Employee Communications, and currently, Vice President of Employee Communications, starting in September 2020. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications from Bowie State University.
