Caroline Lindström

Caroline Lindström currently serves as a Business Controller for Powertrain Production at Volvo Group since August 2023, following a role in the Volvo Group Operations Graduate Program as a Business Controller focused on Powertrain Production. Additionally, Caroline is a member of Dot Connected, a professional women's network aimed at accelerating the appointment of female CEOs in the Stockholm Stock Exchange and other leadership positions. Previous experience includes positions as a Master Thesis Student and Summer Intern in Business Control at Volvo Trucks, along with roles at Dahls Bageri AB and Filmstaden. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Luleå University of Technology and a high school diploma from Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium.
