Teresa Osborne serves as the Director of State Advocacy at AARP since February 2020, overseeing legislative and policy initiatives for 1.8 million members and the 50+ population in Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Teresa was a Commissioner at the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission from March 2019 to May 2020, where Teresa was nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate, eventually serving as Chair. Additionally, Teresa held the position of Pennsylvania Secretary of Aging from January 2015 to February 2019, also nominated and confirmed by the Governor and Senate. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Marywood University.
