Nikhil Diwan

Nikhil Diwan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President and HR Operations Vertical Head at Aarti Industries Ltd. since November 2019, after holding roles as AVP & Manufacturing HR Vertical Head and GM & Zone HR Head. Previously, Nikhil was with Vedanta Resources Limited from February 2012 to November 2019, where responsibilities included Location HR Head and EXCO Member for the Zawar SBU, overseeing all HR and IR functions. Prior to Vedanta, Nikhil worked at Lafarge India Pvt Ltd. as Sr Manager Personnel & Administration, and at Reliance Industries Limited as Manager Human Resource Development. Nikhil's earlier experience includes roles at ACC Limited and Beekay Engineering and Casting Ltd. Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Nagpur University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.
