Chris Fenton currently serves as Sr. Director, People Development & Experience at Ariat International since December 2023, focused on learning and development strategies, talent management, and enhancing employee experience within a dynamic HR team. Prior to this role, Chris established an executive coaching practice at Sunpath Leadership Solutions, providing tailored leadership solutions for senior leaders across various industries. Previous experience includes leadership development roles at Snyk, Anthem, and HomeServe Plc, where Chris implemented significant initiatives to enhance leadership competencies and employee growth. With a background in organizational development at Montefiore Medical Center, Norwalk Hospital, UnitedHealth Group, and Zotos International, Chris has consistently leveraged expertise in leadership psychology and talent management to drive organizational success. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salve Regina University.
