Prashant Potnis

Prashant Potnis has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, holding various leadership roles. Prashant served as the Chief Scientific Officer for the Chemical Business at Aarti Industries Ltd. from 2019 to present. Previously, they were the Chief Technology Officer at PI Industries Limited from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Technology and Engineering at Syngenta (India) Ltd from 2005 to 2014. Prashant also has experience working as a Manager of Research and Development at Clariant Colourchem Limited, a Scientist at Hikal Ltd, and an R&D Executive at BASF (India) Ltd.

Prashant Potnis earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai from 1992 to 1996.
